Terms & Condition




The Photographer retains the copyright to all the images shot by him. The Client(s) do hereby allow(s) the Photographer to use some of the images on his website and for further promotions of the business through advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums etc.

As an artist, the photographer considers each of his pictures as a work of art that encases his vision. However, the Photographer will not use any of it for commercial purposes such as selling the images.

The images will be used purely for demonstrating the Photographer’s work.




The client(s) do hereby allow(s) the Photographer to display any photograph covered under this contract and to in general promote the business




Any or all Photographs taken during the course of the contracted event will be left at the discretion of the photographer although any and every effort will be made to comply with the clients demands/requirements.

Although any and every effort will be made to comply with the wishes of the client, the contracted Photographer shall however be granted full artistic license pertaining to the poses rendered for the photographs and the locations used. Furthermore, the Photographer’s judgment regarding these matters shall be deemed correct and final.

The photographer shall endeavour to photograph all individuals as requested by the client(s) at some point, but no responsibility will be taken by the photographer on the occasion of somebody left out from being photographed.

For a booking involving a church ceremony or at certain particular venues, the photographer’s movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge. The area from which the photographer is able to cover the ceremony may not be the photographer’s choice




All standard wedding packages and additional goods specified on the booking form are supplied at the ruling market prices on the date of booking.

Goods not specified on the booking form are supplied at the ruling market prices at the time of receipt of the order.




A non-refundable booking fee of 50% will confirm your – Client(s) – booking, as well as full acceptance of the ‘Terms and Conditions’ as published on the photographer’s website. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client’s chosen package when calculating the final balance due.

A 50% advance is required to book the dates, balance 50% to be paid on the first day of coverage. The post-processing of photographs / videos will start once the payment is received.

Additional goods demanded/ordered must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.

Titles to all goods remains with the photographer until paid for in full by the client(s).




The Photographer will endeavor to put the Client(s) in touch with another photographer in the event that they are unable to attend on the wedding date due to any cause beyond their reasonable control e.g. sudden illness, injury, victim of crime, flooding etc.

In the event of cancellation by the photographer, or in the very unlikely event of total photographic failure, liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid.

All digital negatives (computer files) remain the property of the photographer. On occasion, the photographer may supply a copy of the edited digital negatives to the client(s) for their own non-commercial use.




If the client(s) should have to cancel a booking the following cancellation fees will become due immediately upon said cancellation:

Cancellation from the booking date and more than one month to go until the wedding, the booking fee of 35% of the wedding package.

Cancellation with less than one month to go until the wedding date, full price for the complete photographic coverage booked. Where no package has been specified on the booking form, it will be deemed that the Client(s) have chosen a package to the value of XYZ,000 INR per day. The Client(s) are hereby advised to take out an appropriate insurance policy to cover any expenses incurred in the event of cancellation.

Where the photographer is able to re-book the date with an equivalent booking then the cancellation fee will be reduced to the booking fee.

Client(s) will not be entertained if they do not go through our payment flow terms. Also we are not entertained anyone until we get our booking payment.




The Photographer and his team is the only authorized and official photographer for your wedding day. A hot meal & transportation for the photographers must be provided if late-evening coverage is requested.





The pre-wedding shoot /post-wedding shoot takes place in the locations decided between the Photographer & the Client(s). No other locations will be entertained unless there are any unavoidable circumstances preventing access of the location already agreed on. Shoots mentioned under this paragraph on any other locations except pre-decided between the photographer & client(s) will be fully on the discretion of the photographer.

The photographer accepts no responsibility whatsoever for damage caused to/by the signature board during the wedding day. The signature board is supplied “as is” and all use is at the client’s own risk.




Any directions issued to Client(s), their guests or employees during a photographic shoot are deemed to be at said persons own risk. The photographer cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot.




All wedding albums are collected or posted to the customer via courier at extra cost. The cost & the delivery time solely depend upon the respected courier agency. The Photographer is not liable for any delays.




The client agrees that the work delivered will be of a similar style and caliber to those photographs on our website and blog, and that the photographer will have complete creative control during the photographs and in post-processing. The images will be delivered in JPEG format with a mix of color and black and white images, and deemed appropriate by the photographer. No re-editing will be done after the final edited copies are presented to the client. The client agrees that the photographer can only capture the wedding that happens; weather, location, schedule complications, time restraints and subject’s ability to cooperate, are all factors in the quality of the photographs. The photographer will not edit for physical size, hair, nor any other physical appearance issue other than blemishes




All images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. The Photographer’s judgment regarding these corrections and the number of images put forward to the Client(s) for preview shall be deemed correct and final. Retouching, digital manipulation and artist finishing is available to the Client as an option at extra cost.




No Clients, weddings guests and attendants or employees of the Client may impede the photographer when she is shooting or performing her duties; failure to comply with this may result in missed moments or fewer delivered images. The responsibility of this will fall on the client to ensure all are in compliance.  The private portraits with bride and groom must remain private, in addition to the photographer(s) of myVisualArtistry. No other individuals of any respect my impede on this private moment. Lighting deficiencies at venues may interfere with photographer’s ability, all attempts to provide adequate lighting situations must be made by the client. No other professional photographers will be hired by the client or located on site photographing the client unless otherwise approved by myVisualArtistry.




The photographer(s) will be allowed one 20 minute break at their own discretion, and bathroom breaks when necessary. Each photographer will be provided a full guest meal for weddings lasting longer than 5 hours. If no meal is provided, the photographer(s) reserves the right to go off-site for a meal for 45 minutes. 




All prints and re-orders shall be treated as an extension of this contract and no responsibility for error will be accepted unless orders are given in writing.




Negatives/digital files remain the property of the photographer. The Photographer will not be solely responsible for the storage and maintenance of negative/digital files, but will keep negatives/digital files intact and available to the client for at least one year from the date of the wedding.




Once the JPEG files are delivered to the client, it is the client’s sole responsibility to protect and retain their images for the future. It is highly recommended that DVDs or USB drives be duplicated and stored in multiple locations that are cool and dry. (Technology can be fickle; one of the best ways to ensure the client’s images will last for generations are for the client to print them.) If client requires old files to be duplicated by the photographer, and they are still within the photographer’s possession, a restocking fee may be applied.
